| All you need is a little onion and maybe some pepper and you can make Ratatouille. And that my friend is good stuff. Also, I have a baked eggplant recipe that is good too. |

Tad, I will gladly share the recipe, but remember, the only ones that do extractions are dentists, and with the luck I have had with them lately, you don't want me to think that you are a dentist, believe me. |

Sorry about your teeth Gregg.
Hey, heres a recipe for a nice cool salsa that goes great with corn chips for dipping or for making nachos, quesadillas, to top off a salad or whatever you dream up:
1 can black beans drained
Kernels from 2 freshly cooked ears of corn
1 medium onion chopped up into small bits
1/2 bunch cilantro chopped up into small bits
Juice from one lime
Hot sauce as you like, for me its Tabasco and plenty of it
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy
